I see a mother holding tight to her children...
I dun feel like smiling.
It's touching!

Deepak, a response to Silly Girl's comment, because her view touched me...

I agree, the sculpture seen seperately is touching..But Deeepak's lead line made me laugh!

And, looking at fear and grief with fear and grief doesn't help i believe...only a smiling face can work out solutions, no?

its natural for me also to be affected by grief...but then, strive to get rid of it fast...

Just thought of sharing my view, since my comment may seem weird...

thanks to you, Deepak :)

wishes,
devika

It's a very modern world notion - smiling for the photographs. I like this clingy bunch.
PS - did you try Samuel Adams Boston lager - that's one of my faves.

Call it Unity in Diversity, Deepak. It can be interpreted as our country trying to hold together different cultures just like a silent mother.

This statue is indeed touching and can be interpreted in many ways, but to me, there is always reason to smile. Even in the worst of circumstances, you can search your soul and see the gifts and opportunity given to you and soon you will be smiling. :)

Speaking of vegetables, will you be serving us some more in the near future? :)
