I like what you are doing with your birds, Deepak. You're moving in closer. That's excellent. Robert Capa said, "If your photographs aren't good enough, you're not close enough."

There are two ways of doing that: move your feet and walk closer; get a longer lens. Have you considered buying a x2 extender for your long lens? You lose a f-stop but multiply your length by two.

I have a photo of a similar guy at Keoladeo National Park at Bharatpur :-) Is it close to the water? This ones like to fish :-)

I think the quote applies only to men. I've always loved just the right amount of solitude. Beautiful bird shots for both this and previous posts. I love the ones with the birds spread out on the tree.
